Welcome atmosphere and fantastic food! The staff was very friendly and even suggested a dish for me which I enjoyed. Spice level was a perfect hot.
Dover is lucky to have this restaurant! It's beautiful yet comfortable, like eating at home. The owners and servers are so respectful, friendly, and kind! And of course the food is absolutely delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options.

I ordered the lamb biryani, my wife the Tikka masala, and my mother the chicken vindaloo. The biryani was delicious although the ratio of rice to lamb was a bit high, wish it had a little bit more lamb. The masala was delicious and the chicken cooked perfectly along with the vindaloo. Garlic naan is the way to go! And a free small cup of rice pudding was an unexpected surprise, it was delicious. If you like authentic Indian food(that can also be as hot as Indians like, their words not mine) then this is the place to go!
I wish I took better photos but I remembered after we already dove in. The food and service were both fantastic. We had two kids with us and they were very accommodating and kind. They also were able to easily offer vegan options which was great for us. The veggie dal and tofu dal were perfect. The samosas were well seasoned and fried to perfection.
I visit many restaurants and Taste of India has the best service I have ever had. The staff is friendly, courteous, speedy, and attentive. My water was refilled 3 times this past visit without needing to ask, my dish was modified without problems, and I was in and out within a half hour. I mistakenly ordered the medium spicy korma (I usually order mild and incorrectly assumed I could handle moderate spiciness) and they gave me a rice pudding on the house to cool my mouth down. Their cheese pakora with tamarind sauce is incredible, as is their lamb shahi korma (mild spice lol). My appetizer and entree were 24 before tip, so it is definitely affordable.
Fantastic, Fantastic, Fan-tas-tic Indian food. The service is amazing every time! The food is the perfect blend of spices, and you may choose your spice level. Every time my family comes in, we are greeted by smiles, and how's your mom? Partner? You? Etc. Chicken Mughlai, lamb curry, and their Samosas are not to be missed. Get some Masala tea in the cold months (it really warms you inside out) and a refreshing Mango Lassi in summer. Amble portions for the money as well. Please check this place out for dinner. They deserve the business.
First time ordering out here, butter chicken entree with onion kulach bread. Amazing. You can order your chicken mild, medium or hot. Hot is amazing.
